This level of customization is suitable for senior level managers, where participants play the simulation game not only to gain a better understanding of the company's business processes, but also to experiment with strategic decisions with the simulation game. By using actual company data in the simulation game, the game will not only be realistic and up to date, but may also reveal 'hidden' truths about the company's business processes. Typically, an in-depth customization will involve the following phases:

Study of company's and industry's business processes
Data gathering and Data mining
Formulation of key decision areas and relationships
Linking of company data to simulation engine
Development of game scenarios
Delivery of simulation game
